With more than a decade of experience in the tech industry, Merutka is a noteworthy entrepreneur leading a booming creative advertising company with over 200 big name brand clients. With extensive amounts of experience under his belt while working as Head of Programmatic at AppLovin, Merutka set out on a journey to launch his own business, Craftsman+. Now, as CEO of the fast-growing start-up, Merutka has continued to add to his growing list of achievements by landing partnerships with Facebook and Google, launching a state-of-the-art interactive ad builder, and claiming a spot on Forbes’ “30 Under 30” for rewriting the rules of brand engagement.



As Head of Engineering at Craftsman+, Johnnery has a hand in every project that involves coding, helps establish new playable features, works to improve each software and guides his team to success. After receiving his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Polytechnic University in 2012, Johnnery dove head first into the world of interactive ad building. He spent four years growing his expertise as a Software Engineer at TreSensa before calling Craftsman+ home. As a key player from the beginning, Johnnery has contributed dozens of ideas, introduced new tools and helped build the team of engineers that make up Craftsman+ today.



For Joe, the importance of being Head of Operations means making sure all aspects of the business are running efficiently and effectively. His expertise is valuable in all areas of the company from sales to production to team member support. Joe joined Craftsman+ after four years of delivering global IT projects for the NATO Communications Information Agency in Belgium. He also worked with blue chip automatic manufacturers to roll out digital solutions and proprietary software worldwide from the UK to Australia. Now here at Craftsman+, Joe is working to make the company 100% scalable and enhance our ability to deliver satisfactory services in each area through project completion. Joe’s vision is to expand Craftsman+ reach by being able to support clients globally and is constantly searching for engineers, designers, and business leaders to add to the team.



Joe leads Craftsman+ sales initiatives, nurturing valuable partnerships and seeking out new growth opportunities wherever possible. His start in tech a decade ago involved using the Twitter API to analyze political tweets. He then hit the ad-tech scene in 2013, building programmatic performance ad campaigns for start-ups and large gaming companies alike. His last role at Publishers Clearing House focused on the development of new performance ad-products, leveraging PCH's iconic sweepstakes. Bringing ample industry experience and expertise, Joe’s goal at Craftsman+ is to continue to grow the agency business along with supporting the transition towards a fully-fledged SaaS company.



James spearheads Craftsman+'s client services and marketing efforts, supported by more than a decade of experience in digital marketing strategy for major names in the automotive industry. His role enables our team to develop meaningful and impactful partnerships through both client and marketing communications. His aim is for every experience with Craftsman+ to be exceptional.



Richard joined Craftsman+ in early 2021, spearheading our product development efforts. With over 8 years of project and product management under his belt, Richard has led the development of the UK’s first automotive e-commerce solution, scaling to multiple markets globally over 3 years. He brings his talent for optimization and scale to Craftsman+, developing innovative software solutions designed to maximize ROI for our clients.
